Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Hidden Beauty Salon for your hair care needs. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following payment policy: Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment slot. The booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. In the event of a no-show, the booking deposit will be non-refundable. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (e.g., PayPal, Venmo). Payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment. Refunds: Booking deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show. Refunds for services already rendered will be provided only in cases of dissatisfaction with the service provided, subject to management discretion. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients' appointments.
